Learn by doing.

A free companion for culture and language camps.
Everything families need to know, and a record of what was taught, kept by your program.

How it works
01
Before camp

One page with dates, ages, what to bring, transportation, staff contacts and your camp rules, updated by your team.

02
During camp

A daily schedule families can check, and a word or phrase of the day in your language.

03
After camp

Photos for families, shared privately with the people you choose, and a summary for your funders.

What you can count on

Made for the people who teach the next generation, on your program’s terms.

The committee decides
Nothing is recorded or published without you
ECO does not film, stream or post your gathering. Anything you set apart stays off the record.
Your records stay yours
At the end of the free period the committee keeps what it gathered, whether or not it continues. Never sold, never used for advertising.
Families decide about photos
Children’s photos are shared only with the families and staff you choose, never publicly without permission.
Your page, ready now
A page you update yourselves
Up to three committee members edit it from a phone with an emailed sign-in link. No passwords, no accounts for visitors.
Your look
Your logo, a banner, up to 12 photos, a background and an accent color to match your flyer.
A sound clip, with permission
One recording visitors tap to hear, with a credit line and your confirmation that the singers or speakers allow it.
Links and videos
Buttons for your applications, social pages, lodging and videos you already host.
On the way
Registration with guardian permission
Sign-ups with guardian consent, health notes kept private to staff, and a roster you can print.
Volunteer and elder helper hours
Hours counted for in-kind match on your grant reports.
Lessons that carry over
What was taught this year, ready for next year’s staff.
