EternalCurrent.Online

The circle stays yours.

A free companion for your pow wow committee.
Less paperwork before the Grand Entry, and a record of the gathering that belongs to you.

How it works
01
Before the gathering

One page for your pow wow: dates, Grand Entry times, head staff, host drums, directions and your own rules for visitors. Volunteers sign up for shifts, and head staff and vendor agreements are signed on screen, not chased on paper.

02
At the gathering

A screen at the welcome table can show the schedule, a word in your language and tributes the families approve. Volunteers check in, and their hours are counted for you.

03
After the gathering

Photos, stories and honorings are kept in a private space for the committee and families. You decide what is kept, who sees it, and what is never shown. A short summary of volunteers and hours is ready for next year’s sponsors.

What you can count on

Made for the people who carry the work of a pow wow, on the committee’s own terms.

The committee decides
Nothing is recorded or published without you
ECO does not film, stream or post your gathering. Honor songs, ceremonies and anything you set apart stay off the record.
Your protocols apply everywhere
The committee sets who may see each photo, story or recording, and can hold, hide or withdraw any of it at any time.
Stories only with consent
An elder or dancer who shares a memory signs a consent first, and it is kept only if the committee approves.
Your records stay yours
At the end of the free period the committee keeps what it gathered, whether or not it continues. Never sold, never used for advertising.
