ECO's Scheduled Messaging feature lets Conductors and coordinators compose messages in text, voice, or video — and set them to deliver at a specific date and time, or when a named community milestone occurs. The person who writes the message doesn't have to be online when it arrives. The message delivers itself, exactly as written, at the right moment.

Write a text message in the compose field. Record a voice message directly in the browser — up to 10 minutes. Record a video message — up to 5 minutes — or upload a file. The format is the message: a voice message from a leader carries something a text message cannot. A video from an elder preparing to step back carries something a voice message cannot.
Set a specific date and time — the message delivers then, regardless of whether anyone is online. Or name a community milestone: a cohort graduation, a seasonal transition, a program completion. When the milestone is marked in the network, the message delivers automatically.
Scheduled messaging is available to network Conductors and members with coordinator roles — the people who are responsible for community communications. Regular members receive scheduled messages; they don't create them. This is an organisational communication tool, not a broadcast channel open to everyone.
No editing after scheduling. No platform summary or preview that changes the wording. What you wrote, recorded, or uploaded is what the network receives — unchanged, at the time you chose. The integrity of the message is not subject to algorithmic modification.
Scheduled messages deliver inside the network — to members only. They are not published anywhere, not indexed, not visible outside the network.
