The Nation’s own word for each relative.
Shown to families only after a speaker has checked them.
For each relative, from parents and grandparents to aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws, the office enters the Nation’s own word, another way to say it, and a note for families if it helps.
The list stays hidden from members until the office records that a named speaker has gone through it, and on what date.
Once checked, members see the words. Any change hides the list again until the next check, so families only ever see what a speaker has approved.
An optional feature, switched on when your office asks for it.
