The administrator adds an outside person by email. That person is not a member and sees nothing else in the network.
A monitored place or a visit, a Collection item, an oral history recording or an exhibit can be released to that person by name, with a note.
A release can be withdrawn at once. Every release and withdrawal stays on the record.
This is an optional feature, switched on when your network asks for it.
