Projects in view.

The parts of a project tool a tribal office actually uses, built in.
Scope, plan, people, places and money for every project, beside the records the work is about.

How it works
01
Start from what you do

Start a project empty, or from a template for bringing items home, a language program year, an oral history series or a site monitoring season. The usual steps are laid out from the start date, and you change any of them.

02
Plan it and see it

Activities and milestones with owners, dates and progress appear on a Gantt chart. The first dates become the baseline, so a slip shows at a glance against the plan the council approved.

03
Report on it

Post a weekly status, log risks, issues, scope changes and decisions, and print a status or close-out report for the sponsor, the council or the funder, or save it for Word or Excel.

What you can count on

Made for a small office running several projects at once, without paying for a full project-management product.

Projects
Tied to your places
A project can be tied to places in the Tribal Atlas or to monitored places, so the field work and the plan stay together.
Money beside the plan
Cost lines, planned and actual, against the project budget and charged to the Nation’s own grant awards.
Time from staff and volunteers
Staff log hours against activities. Volunteer hours, once approved, add up on the same project, with their in-kind value.
Each person sees their part
The office sees every project. A project’s director and manager change their own project; team members update the activities they own; a sponsor reads.
Linked to the office’s records
A project can point to Collection items, consultations, oral histories, programs and Work board openings.
One portfolio
Every project on one timeline, with how each stands, what has been spent and what is late.
Volunteers are allocated to projects and log their hours against them.

Every project,
one place.

Private to your network. Switched on when your office wants it.
