Work at home.

Jobs with your own employers, for your own members first.
The museum brings visitors in; the Work board makes sure your people are working there.

How it works
01
The office posts openings

The TERO, workforce or employment office posts openings for the casino, the store, tribal departments and contractors working on tribal land. Only members of the network see them.

02
Members say what they can do

A member can add themselves to the worker registry: skills, certifications, when they can work, and whether they have a way to get there. Openings that fit their skills are marked for them.

03
I am interested

One tap tells the office a member wants that job. The office records what happened, such as hired, and the report shows how many members found work.

What you can count on

Made so members hear about local jobs first, on the Nation’s own terms.

Work board
Members are named only by their choice
The office sees how many members are looking and which skills they list, never a name, until a member says they are interested in a particular opening.
Nothing personal is asked
No questions about pay, benefits or employment status. The registry is optional, and a member can step out of it at any time.
The office decides who runs it
An office role gives the TERO director or workforce staff the Work board and nothing else.
Reports with numbers, never names
Openings posted, members who responded and members hired, by employer, ready for the council, a TERO commission or a workforce grant report.
The Nation’s hiring rules apply
The network is the Nation’s tool. It is never the employer, runs no background checks and makes no hiring decisions.
Drafts job postings with the Nation’s preference wording, lists applicants by preference status and matching skills, and prepares TERO summaries. Registry fit is shown as counts, never names.
Member-to-member work, such as a babysitter or a hand with a move, stays on the Marketplace, which links to the Work board.
