The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EternalCurrent.Online's software, tools, and platform features for the duration of your active membership.
This license is personal to you. It cannot be sublicensed, sold, or transferred to another person or entity.
The license is conditioned on compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
All software, code, algorithms, visual systems, and interactive tools on EternalCurrent.Online are the intellectual property of the platform operator. The licensed materials include:
Your license grants you the right to use these tools. It does not grant you any ownership of, rights to, or license to reproduce the underlying software architecture.
You own everything you put into the platform. The Operator claims no any intellectual property rights over content you create, upload, or contribute — including stories, vocabulary, photos, relationship data, and migration information.
By using the platform, you grant the Operator a limited, non-commercial technical license to store, display, and transmit your content within your network solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf. This license does not permit the Operator to use your content for any commercial purpose, share it outside your network, or retain it after you request deletion.
The Migration Arc Globe is a proprietary 3D visualization system that renders migration paths between birth locations and current locations for members of your network. It is powered by member-contributed data — birth city and current city — and displays movement colored by cultural origin.

EternalCurrent.Online is built around an exchange — the passing of stories, memories, and living words between people in a network across time. The platform's ECO Story Teller and prompt system are tools to facilitate this exchange.
The platform is designed for building Your Eternal (the record of what shaped you) and Your Current (the stories of this moment, flowing into and out of your network simultaneously).
Responses, stories, and memories shared through the conversational tools belong entirely to the user who contributed them. The ECO Story Teller does not retain, learn from, or use your personal stories beyond the immediate session context.
The platform is for building and preserving your family network's story. Acceptable use includes:
Each network may have one or more Moderators — members who have been nominated by the community or have self-nominated with community approval. Moderators are stewards of accuracy, not gatekeepers.
The Moderator role includes:
Moderators do not have unilateral authority to delete member content. Significant content decisions require community consensus. The Moderator's role is to facilitate resolution, not to exercise administrative control.
Moderator status carries no additional subscription fee. It is a community responsibility, held voluntarily.
The Cultural Vocabulary feature allows members — particularly those in the Keeper role — to document words, phrases, and terms that exist within their family's culture and language. These living words may include terms of endearment, relationship names, food vocabulary, cultural expressions, and oral history fragments in any language.
Living words contributed to the platform belong entirely to the contributor and the network. The Operator makes no claim over contributed vocabulary, does not use it for commercial linguistic datasets, and does not share it outside the network.
For tribal and Indigenous networks, this protection is absolute — vocabulary contributed to a tribal network is the sovereign property of that community.

In the case of termination by the Operator for cause, you will be notified and given the opportunity to export your data before access is revoked, unless the violation involves illegal activity or an immediate safety risk.
The license granted under this EULA does not confer any legal weight, standing, or binding effect on any Future Arc message. Future Arcs are cultural and narrative in nature — they are not legal instruments, testamentary documents, codicils, or binding directions of any kind.
By creating a Future Arc, you license EternalCurrent.Online to store and preserve your encrypted message on your behalf, and to release it to the designated recipient within the private network upon verified milestone trigger. This license does not grant the platform any right to read, interpret, publish, or share your message content outside the private network. The platform cannot read the content of encrypted Future Arc messages.
The Future Arc delivery license terminates upon:
In the event of Directed Dormancy, the storage license continues on the same terms — the message is preserved but no delivery is made until the network is reactivated by a verified family member. No expiry applies to this preservation.
The platform is provided "as is." The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability, accuracy, and security, but does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond its stated function.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
