Who holds which knowledge, how to reach them, and honoraria given.
An early version, being shaped with the Tribal offices who will use it.
For each keeper: the knowledge they hold, what they may be asked about, and how to reach them.
The date given, the occasion, an amount if it was money, and a note.
A keeper is chosen from the office's People and Organizations list.
Only the Nation's administrators can open this. Members, visitors and the public never see it, and it appears in no digest.
Being on this list sends nothing to the person and gives them no account.
The honoraria log is the office's own note. It makes no payment and is not an accounting record.
