A private personal memoir built from prompted responses. Each chapter belongs to the person who wrote it. Family members can read what's been shared. Nothing is extracted or sold. When a therapy session uses a chapter, it's because the patient chose to allow it.

For clinical programs & research teams
The engagement data families generate naturally is the RWE you need.
ECO generates no data itself. Patients and their families generate data through natural use — posting memories, completing memoir chapters, using Reminisce. The engagement signals those interactions produce are real-world evidence for quality-of-life secondary endpoints, without the dropout rates of clinical data capture tools.
Patient isolation
Every patient gets one isolated ECO network. Family members join that network. Researchers never see inside it. They see aggregate engagement trends only — blinded to patient identity at every level above the site investigator.
Blinded aggregate reporting
Program administrators and research access roles receive cohort-level reports: session frequency, memoir chapter completion, family engagement trends, caregiver observation counts. No PII. No patient-level data. Enforced by database-level row security — not application logic or honor system.
Multi-country regulatory config
US, EU/GDPR, UK, India (DPDP Act), Australia, Singapore — each site runs under its own regulatory configuration. Right to erasure, consent language, data retention, family disclosure requirements. No code changes per country. Rules are enforced from configuration.
IRB-ready consent layer
Patient consent shown at enrollment via IRB-approved text stored per-site. Consent timestamp, IP, and version recorded. Withdrawal flow triggers data lock and optional erasure. The consent artifact travels with the study record, not with the patient's network data.
Patient code system
Every enrolled patient receives a study code (e.g. ECO-AD-2026-P001). The research layer only ever sees codes. The mapping between code and real identity is stored in a table that research roles cannot query. The biopharma sponsor never receives a mapping key.
Caregiver observation notes
Site staff can attach observation notes to a patient's session record — recognition events, engagement quality, behavioral observations. Notes are visible to the site investigator and site staff only. Patients and family members never see them.
For biopharma sponsors
Companies with recently approved Alzheimer's therapeutics (Leqembi, Kisunla/Donanemab) are building post-market value dossiers for payers. Quality-of-life secondary endpoint data from real-world use is exactly what those dossiers require — and what ECO is positioned to generate at scale, across multiple sites, multiple countries, from families who actually want to use the platform.
